Straight Fingers® was designed to offer more than traditional compression gloves. Along with gentle compression, our patented adjustable tension system allows you to control the amount of gentle pull applied to each finger, helping guide the fingers and thumb toward a straighter, more natural resting position while the gloves are worn as you relax or sleep.
Unlike standard compression gloves that primarily provide compression, Straight Fingers® combines:
Gentle compression for comfortable hand support
Individually adjustable finger straps so you control the tension
Adjustable thumb tension designed around a more natural resting position
A soft top-of-hand clasp that helps keep the straps comfortably in place
Finger pull tabs designed to make removing the gloves easier, especially when your hands feel stiff
Designed for Gentle, Gradual Use
Straight Fingers® is not designed to force your fingers straight overnight. Start with light, comfortable tension and allow your hands time to adjust. The goal is a gentle, consistent pull while the gloves are worn—not aggressive stretching or excessive pressure.
Your hands did not change overnight. Do not try to change how they rest overnight.
Arthritis and Hand Stiffness
Hand stiffness, reduced flexibility, discomfort, and fingers that rest in a bent or curled position can have many different causes, including arthritis and other hand conditions.
Straight Fingers® is not intended to treat arthritis or any underlying medical condition. It is a non-medicinal consumer hand-support product designed to provide compression and adjustable support while your hands are at rest.
Compression is only the beginning. Straight Fingers® gives you more control over how your glove supports your fingers while you rest.

I was really hesitant at first, when I volunteered to try a new product for my hands. It was called Straight Fingers, and they were compression gloves with straps on each finger that let me pull my fingers back individually. It was a gradual process, so I was told, because it wasn’t overnight that my fingers had bent so far inward. At the beginning, my hand and fingers kind of ached from wearing the gloves but after about three weeks of wearing them at night, I actually started to see my fingers begin to pull back out. My hands didn’t look like claws anymore. I don’t need to use them every day now, but I will definitely continue to use them to prevent my fingers from curling back in. One less thing this old body has to worry about!
